Support is available from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays in England and Wales.
Monthly reports with your name on the cover.
A security and compliance report for every client, every month, as a PDF in your brand. Clients download it from the portal whenever a board or insurer asks.
- One report for each client, every month
- Your logo, colours and fonts on every page
- Kept in the portal for clients to download
When you look inside, your client knows.
Open a support session to see a client's portal as they do. They can see who opened it, why, for how long and what changed. Sessions are read-only by default.
- Who, why, how long and what changed
- Read-only unless the client allows more
- Secrets stay hidden from support staff
