Privacy notice
This notice explains what happens to the details you give us when you use the early access form on trigway.com. It covers that form only.
Who we are
Trigway is a product of Wolds Cyber Ltd. Wolds Cyber Ltd is the controller of the personal data collected through the early access form. You can reach us at hello@trigway.com.
What we collect
- Your name, the name of your MSP and your work email address.
- Roughly how many clients you look after.
- Which of RMM, EDR and PSA tools you use, and anything you choose to tell us about the products involved.
- The date and time you sent the form.
Everything except the optional tool details is needed for us to reply to you. We do not ask for anything else.
Why we use it
We use your details to contact you about early access to Trigway, to answer your questions, and to keep a record of who we have spoken to.
Our lawful basis
Legitimate interests. We have a business interest in replying to people who ask to hear from us, and we think that is something you would expect when you send the form. You can object at any time, and we will stop.
Who sees it
Only people at Wolds Cyber Ltd who deal with early access, and the service providers that host this website and deliver notifications to our team. Those providers act on our instructions. We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to a marketing list. If a provider handles data outside the UK, we make sure suitable safeguards are in place.
The early access page runs a security check from Cloudflare to stop automated submissions. The check runs on that page only.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking tools.
How long we keep it
For 24 months after you send the form, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your details, ask us to correct or delete them, ask us to limit how we use them, or object to us using them. Email hello@trigway.com and we will reply within one month.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your details, please tell us first so we can put it right. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113.
